You will walk through the old centre of Edinburgh. You will learn about whisky, the drink that Scotland is famous for. You will learn how whisky is made, from grain to glass. You will hear about the food of Scotland: haggis, shortbread, smoked fish and thick soup. You will visit a very old pub. You do not have to drink anything. Tasting is your choice, and it is for over-18s only. Edinburgh has steep slopes. We walk slowly, mostly downhill. We stop whenever you want.
